I take four every night before bedtime. Since I started using them, my nightly average of sleep went from under six hours to almost seven and a half. I am really impressed with these. They have helped considerably with my anxiety and help calm my brain down when I am experiencing spiraling thoughts. I have made it a habit to take the full dose right before bed, and it helps calm racing thoughts enough to rest deeply. Sometimes, though, I forget, and I can definitely tell the difference when I don’t take them. If I know I’m going to be in a super stressful or anxiety-inducing situation, I’ll take a couple right before, so I can have the last two of my daily dose before bed later. It does seem to help! My husband also really enjoys taking them. He initially gave me some side-eye, but once he tried them for himself, he was sold.
