My puppy loves it!
My puppy switched to this food no problem. I have a 5 mo teacup chihuahua and she loves the chicken bits it contains. She does make quite a mess looking for them to eat first so i like to place those on top to avoid the mess. The size of the food is really small so for a puppy as small as her, its a perfect size and easy to chew. Ive noticed her coat is a lot shinier and she eats less due to it being so good in quality. Her stool isnt as hard as when she used to eat her old food but it contains more fiber so she defacates as soon as she goes outside no problem. Recommend to all.

Great food!
I switched my toy breed to this food 3 months ago. She is doing great on this food. She loves the food. I crush up the raw boost kibble pieces for her. She was gaining too much weight on her previous food that had sweet potatoes & pumpkin in it. She has lost over a pound in 3 months (from over 12 lbs to just under 11 lbs) which is not too bad for a small dog that does not exercise very much. She also is not licking her front legs at night because they are painful (could be from the weight loss & not the food). It is expensive, but a 4 lb bag will feed her for at least 2 months. I also top her dry food with a teaspoon of Nature's Recipe Grain Free High Protein Dog food in the small packets mixed with a little water to make more gravy. One small packet will feed her twice daily for 3 to 4 days as a dry food topper. She looks very healthy & seems to feel better overall since I switched her to this food. I was previously only feeding it to my diabetic Jack Russell terrier who also did very well on this food. Unfortunately, he passed away from old age & diabetes at 15 years of age in Sept of this year. I am convinced that this food helped me manage his severe diabetes well enough that he lived with the diabetes for over 3 years with very little complications.

My picky dog is starting to eat kibble!
I have been lots of research for my dog foods. Her recent food was hungry bark. It started with good but month’s later, she started to spit it out.She seems like tired to chewing on her kibble. This one is tiny enough to swallow and she kind of eats it well so far.We will see how it goes👍🏻

Haven't tasted it but my dog seems to like it!
I prefer the toy breed size, but sometimes they only have small breed and it doesn't seem to be much different. My toy Chihuahua loves the freeze dried raw chicken bits the best of course. She always picks them out first. She has very few teeth remaining in her old age. She gets 1/4 cup over which I pour 1 Tablespoon of water and allow to soak overnight, then pop into the microwave for 5 seconds before placing in her dish. This is the only dog food she will eat and the only dog food that doesn't upset her tummy. She has been eating it for many years. Considering how little she eats each day the price is very affordable. A bag lasts almost three months. I like the zip lock on the bag so I can squeeze all the air out, but it always tears up before the entire bag is empty and I end up clipping it. No biggy but I imagine there is some cost to adding this feature and if it isn't going to work maybe remove it and pass the savings on to the customer. I always purchase extra freeze dried bits because even though I only add 2-3 per serving I always run out before the kibbles are all eaten. I get the eyeball if I give her a serving that doesn't have any in it!!!!!

Great for sensitive guy & picky dog
We have an 8LB cavapoo. These dogs have sensitive gut issues that include the need for grain free diets. We’ve been giving her bland chicken and rice diet and anything other than this causes upset stomach and diarrhea. So far my picky little pup loves this kibble and crunches it right up. No GI issues, in fact she’s had normal poos. Thumbs up. Less stress, less cooking, less mess, & good health. The kibble is much larger bites then expected especially since labeled for toy breeds, but thankfully she can still chew it (one little piece at a time) if she was a smaller dog I don’t think she would be able to.

My dog gets excited for dinner
My dog loves the bits of real chicken in this! She goes bonkers at meal time and I guess it tastes pretty good to her because she eats all of it.

My picky girl will eat this
Mollie is 17 and no teeth, picky and cant do the stairs anymore. It was a challenge getting her food small and easily eaten with no teeth and her picky taste. This fits the bill and she will nibble at it all day. I do give her ground meat but my sweet little girl gets a little hungry during the long day sleeping and getting her Uber (mom) ride to the grass for potty breaks. Finally something she will actually eat, she has started to fill out some even. I was starting to fear my toothless wonder was only going to be living on the meat that I prepare for her, so glad she is eating when she wants during the day and not relying on the one hot meal in the evening. As much as meat taste good to her, i know she needs more nutrition than that.

You get what you pay for!
My 2 tiny, picky dogs a chihuahua & chiweenie LOVE this food! Not only that, but they look absolutely gorgeous! They used to shed a lot & after feeding this Instinct food they don't shed at all & are shiney & beautiful. They snarf this food down after picking their favorite freeze-dried raw bits out. It may seem expensive, but it costs around $1 a day to feed them this food. My dogs are definitely worth $1 a day! Highly recommend!
