Dear Sir / Madam, Having seen a photograph from my friend who received these flowers as a gift the quantity and the quality of the flowers doesn't seem to resemble the picture on the Amazon website, for example the Amazon website photo shows 5 yellow roses in my friends photo of the flowers it only shows 1 rose. The whole of the bouquet seems to be lacking in quantity.

The order was placed with promised the next day delivery. The flowers were picked up the same day, but, unfortunately, the next day they ended up in completely different town and delivery was made on the second day only. The birthday present was late, the flowers were a little wilted, one of the worst experiences with Amazon. No concerns to the shop. Shipping was provided by Amazon.

Our relative sent us a photograph of the most beautiful Bouquet of Flowers that we sent her for her Birthday which was fabulous.

The flower are of decent quality, but the quality of wrapping them and the balloon are disgraceful, I feel a child could have done it better, I've had to tie the balloon myself as it barley has any air in it, and also no gift bag to hold them up like displayed in the photo, also for the price I'm really disappointed
