It's easy to use, doesn't take too long to jot down important information in the well set out boxes. Very helpful for a beginner trader. Possibly I'd say that if you have big writing you won't get a lot in the lined section underneath each trade but does have extra pages if necessary for trade plans and how they went. Definitely keeping this log has helped me to learn what works and has improved my performance within a month.
