HimeDried Bonito Shavings Bulk, 16-Ounce

I used to buy the Cat-man-doo but these are cheaper and people quality. My cats go crazy for these!

Judging by the reviews I thought this was cat safe but it clearly is not. My cat has never had a problem with food and I ordered this as something special. I will not buy again. I’m just buying canned tuna for my cat to be safe from now on!

Every morning my 3 outdoor cats get a bowl of dried cat food & a bowl of dried bonita (a big handful). They love the Bonita wet or dry, but won’t touch dried cat food if it gets wet (gross).

We've bought this product many times and it has been great. This last shipment flakes were all broken up. Too many tiny pieces.

My dog has food allergies and eats a very expensive hydrolyzed dog food which gets very boring for her to eat. Since I found these Bonito flakes and sprinkle them on top of her food with a little water to mix it all up, she gobbles her food up happily now! My cat noticed the addition of the flakes immediately and now I have to provide a small dish of flakes for the cat to enjoy while the dog eats! I know, I have spoiled rotten fur babies!

cat goes nuts over it. Some dust but that's to be expected, just mix a little bit of it with the big flakes, cat won't really notice and will eat it. Excellent value

These flakes are not bad, but they're not good either. The flavor is not very complex. Mostly just tastes like smoke but it makes a decent soup broth with other ingredients included. Perhaps they were not fresh. It is a LOT of flakes.
