Great watch
Great everyday watch. It is subtle and not flashy which I wanted. I think the reason many are returned and the price has dropped is because in certain low lights it is hard to read the time. 95% of the time it is easy to read. Beautiful watch keeps perfect time and titanium keeps it from scratching easily.

So close to perfect.
After wearing this watch for about a week now I find it is a very comfortable, easy to read and extremely good looking watch. I have to remove a link from the band as it is slightly too big for my wrist but a perfect fit out of the box is not expected. Also note this does not have a perpetual calender so you will have to manually adjust the date for shorter months and leap years. This is not a concern for me but I find it worth noting for others.Outside of that this is an absolutely beautiful watch and the titanium frame and band make it extremely light weight (A super light feeling 3.56 ounces). I also like that citizen put a more sturdy saphire crystal on this watch. The luminescent hands glow well and makes it easy to read the time in the dark. Overall I really love this watch and am satisfied with the purchase.

Close to perfect, but not quite
I got this watch because I wanted a stylish, durable, and accurate quartz piece at a reasonable price. With a sapphire crystal, hardened titanium construction, and very reasonable price, this checked all the boxes. Now, after a few weeks of wear, I've decided that while this watch is very good, there are a few things that keep it from perfection.1. Legibility. I don't have any vision problems, but compared to my other watches, this one is the hardest to get time from at a glance. The thin polished hands over the black background, combined with the highly reflective sapphire crystal, often make this watch a challenge to read, especially if the hands are reflecting something dark. The date window is very recessed to accommodate the solar cell underneath the dial, making it hard to read at any kind of angle. The additional busyness of the chronometer doesn't help either.2. The Bracelet. While it is made of solid titanium links (including the end links), and wears without any rattle, jingle, or gaps, the lack of microadjustment (only two spaces) on the bracelet makes a perfect fit nearly impossible. With one less link on the outside micro adjustment, it is too tight and uncomfortable. With an additional link and the inside micro adjustment, it is too loose. Also, it uses the infamous pin and collar design, so resizing is a huge pain. I managed to lose a collar when I took out the first link, so be careful and keep track of them.3. Lug width. At a very nonstandard 23mm lug width, good luck finding a different strap to put on this watch. I'd expect to keep the bracelet on it if you do buy this.4. The size. This one is more personal, but with a 6.5 wrist, this wears a bit too large. Not so much due to the diameter, but the long lug to lug distance (49mm), large lug width mentioned previously, and the hefty end links make this wear large. I'm not taking any stars off for this, as it is a personal thing, but I still thought is was worth mentioning.I know this review sounds mostly negative, but this is honestly a very good watch, as outlined by the rest of the reviews. I simply wanted to share the issues I've found with it after several weeks of wear to better inform your decision.

Great looking watch, very lightweight, really like it.
My old citizen eco-drive/titanium finally broke a link and after 18 years I couldn't get a replacement band for it (that thing lasted through scuba driving, hunting, fishing, and all kinds of other abuse). Bought this watch to replace it and it feels just as solid and well built as the one I got almost 20 years ago.Couple of things to note:1. I specifically bought this model because it didn't have a perpetual calendar, on my old Citizen I found that if you weren't careful about changing the time you could accidentally screw up the calendar and it was a pain to reset. This one is easy and you don't really have to worry about a huge long reset process.2. I'm allergic to nickel alloy, my old watch being titanium never once caused a reaction and so far after a day of wearing my new Citizen....I'm happy to report this one isn't causing any kind of allergic reaction either. If you have a nickel allergy, I highly recommend titanium watches like this.Overall the watch looks great, everything worked right out of the box, and its very easy to setup.

The QUADFECTA : Titanium Case / Sapphire Crystal / Chronograph / Solar Recharged Battery
Beautiful watch & exceptionally light weight .Not too big for my small wrist ( 6.3 in / 160 mm )I replaced the bracelet with a natural rubber strap as I don't like metallic bracelets . ( ordered from Timewheel on Amazon , it was shipped to me immediately - highly recommend them )Registering the watch online @ citizenwatch.com gave me a 6 year warranty .UPDATE , 4 Years in :Watch runs at +6 seconds a month . Citizen specs it at +/- 15 seconds a month .The sapphire crystal is flawless , and I quickly scratch mineral glass crystals - some don't even make it a week without ending up with nasty scratches or even gouges , so it can be a rough life on my wrist .The lume on the hour markers is still uniform and appears to be of the same brightness as when the watch was new .That 23 mm natural rubber strap has held up 100% also , although I had to replace the Citizen band pins with a pair of Seiko 23 mm pins a couple of years ago .I wear this watch the vast majority of days and it has made my automatics feel like I'm strapping a brick to my wrist , haha .

A perfect watch built from best materials
I was looking for a watch for daily use, one that is light, not more than 3.5 oz, with clear view of the hour, and hands the you can see the hour during dark time and after long search I found this Citizen watch. It is a perfect watch that addresses my needs. That fact that it is ECO drive and you do not need to worry about charging or replacing the battery is very nice.I had to take out some likns so it will fit my arm but it was not a big deal.It is a water resistant so I don't need to worry during swimming or taking a shower. The sapphire glass is assume.Over all after a long search I found the right watch for me.

My Best Watch Purchase
I bought this watch for my birthday. I had it sent to my wife who gave it to me close to my birthday. My birthday is near Christmas so I get gifts before hand if I get gifts at all. This watch is light. This watch is easy to work and set and it looks smart on my wrist. It fit perfectly right out of the impressive box. I recommend it.Edit: paid $258 Sept 2021, now near Sept 2022 it’s $595. Interesting.

Gorgeous
This watch is gorgeous. Super light weight. Be careful if you’re going to size the bracelet yourself. It has pin and collar, so don’t loose the collars. Citizen has a great video for where the collar goes.

Things to know
Overall a great watch, I'll just point out some details to consider1) the two micro adjusment holes on the clasps are not enough adjusment, 3 would be better. I removed every link and it is still somewhat loose, definitely not sized for an average woman2) buy a pack of spring bars, they will break3)the shape of the case means you cannot change out the strap, it's curved in a particular way. Also note that the first link cannot move because of the curve so the watch feels larger than the specs tell you
