Great quality/service
Great service and quality. Buy this one! The sound quality is amazing and you do not need to connect it to the Bluetooth, so it is easy to use. Seller provided an excellent warranty service and sent me a new product when mine stopped working properly.

Update review
These started out great, but then one side quit working. I've had them only a couple of months.UPDATE: When the company realized that the earbuds stopped working, someone contacted me and offered to send new ones without charge. They arrived yesterday and work beautifully. Great customer service makes for a good company. I'd recommend them with no hesitation.

Great Buds
These earbuds work just as well and last even longer than the more expensive Apple brand. They also come with different sized exchangeable buds, so you can get the perfect fit. Only con, the phone mic and volume control stopped working long before the buds, so depending on your needs that could be annoying.

Excellent customer service
While this broke within 3 months, I contacted the seller via the Amazon option, the seller offered a free replacement, which arrived in a few days; easy; excellent customer service. Like others I chose this product as it is a simple wired headphone with no bluetooth.

Comfortable and easy.
Very comfortable with their unique teardrop shape. Good sound. The cord is good as well. I use these for audiobooks, and the sound is good for those. I don’t know about music. So much more convenient to fit right into my IPhone than the whole white adapter thing.

No sound on one earphone soon after purchase. Vendor unresponsive
Sound stopped from one earphone less then two months after purchase. Replicated the problem on separate iPhones.Vendor did respond to my request for replacement and/or refund.If I have problems with the replacement will change back to 1 star

Great response from Company
I am re-writing my review, which was pretty poor initially. The male jack of the unit was sloppy inside of the female Jack of my Iphone, so it would not make a good connection.I have since received a notice from the manufacturer that they would send me a new one, which is much appreciated. We will see how it works out. Appreciate they took the time to contact me. That is unusual nowadays :-)
