Best for covered patio
Arrived on time and for a good price. Roof support strut was broken and pre-installed door hinge was crooked causing door gap (no way to remount hinge). Best application is on a covered patio. Avoid placing out in the open.

Terrific Shed
I needed a shed to store a lawn mower and garden tools behind my garage, which I am converting into an art studio. However, I live in an historic neighborhood with neighbors particular about what gets built, even if behind a garage. So the plastic sheds were out. The metal sheds get horrible reviews about assembly, and cedar sheds are incredibly expensive. So I came upon the Leisure Season extra large and decided to give it a try, with some trepidation about a wooden shed making the shipping. Well, it came undamaged, which was a good start. I was surprised at how attractive the shed is. Very nice wood in a great shape. But here is the kicker. My wife and I assembled this thing in under 90 (leisurely) minutes. Great assembly directions, predrilled screw holes--a complete breeze. The hardest job was pouring the concrete slab to set it on, but I'm sure there are easier solutions to the foundation problems. Pavers, for eg. My historic association neighbors love the look-- very classy. Who knew? Plenty of space for my needs. Can't give this product enough compliments. Thanks.

Better than I expected
I found it have a sturdy, rigid frame and construction. The instructions are easy enough to follow. you can assemble the roof while during step three with a little by assembling the front panels as a unit. Dont be frightened by the negative comments. I think if you have basic skills and a carpenters square you will do fine. with a little patience you can do it in under an hour. If you are worried about the weather you can stain it. I did today after assembly and will add a copper flashing on the ride by the door to discourage wanna-be nesters.

Easy To Put Together
I put this together by myself ..only tool needed was a Philip head screwdriver. Comes in two boxes. It`s best to empty both boxes and lay everything out first and study the directions. The panels aren`t marked ( A- B - C) but the bags of screws and hardware are. The directions tell you which screws ( A-B) go to which panels ..bags are marked A-B-C There are 11 panels ....1.Floor panel , 2 side panels ,3 back panels which stack on top of one another ( First one screws to the floor panel ,then the next one attaches on top of that one and the the third one on top of that forming the back wall) 2 small front panels which can be seen in the photo.. 2 doors and 1 roof panel ..4 shelves .....Went up in about three hours or so counting laying everything out and getting rid of all the packing ..

Seller does not stand behind the product
We only had the shed installed for a couple of months and the plastic sheathing on the underside of the roof cracked and split apart creating water leakage into the shed. We tried to contact the seller via Amazon but they replied to contact the manufacturer but gave no contact information. The phone number that is listed is listed on Amazon for this seller is no longer in service. The customer service is terrible and Amazon is not backing it up. The shed cost almost $1000 and it was unusable after only two months. We just cannot understand why a replacement part cannot be provided. It is very frustrating. I am upset with the seller and Amazon for not helping!

Flimsy
This product is extremely flimsy. I put it on slab and still have issues with it. Don't expect to use any mounting on the inside, the wood is too thin for it. Also, I bumped my lawn mower into the corner just a little and it nearly broke the corner off!!!This wood is very soft I expect the screws in the door hinge will not hold very long, maybe make it to year 2. The thin pieces of wood on the edges of the door have already broken...I really am not that guy which is rough with stuff, this stuff is just that flimsy!Don't buy this product unless you plan on treating it with kit gloves. On an up side, it was extremely easy to put together and once together looks very attractive. I received compliments from my neighbors until they felt the quality of the wood.

Nice
Looks exactly as pictured. About the size of a typical 2 door closet, perfect for the pool chemicals, vacuum hose, robo vac, etc. assembled fairly well, but seemed a bit flimsy, so i used liquid nails to supplement the included screws. This seemed to strengthen it a bit and will surely increase its longevity. Hardware cute, but a little cheap, and one door is slightly warped, but closes fine with a little push.

*** update from original review - shed lasted only ONE year
Original review October 2012:We bought this as a toy storage shed for our 4 year-old son's backyard play area. Amazingly EASY assembly ... He and I had it together in 45 minutes before his Dad even realized we were done. Great quality and really nice cedar smell. Very satisfied!Updated December 2014:Despite living in a very mild climate (southern California) this shed did not hold up at all. Gusty winds blew the thin side wall slats out leaving a large hole and defeating the purpose of keeping toys clean. We are going to tear this down / throw it out and upgrade to a much more sturdy Tuff Shed. Sure, the TS is $1100 but very well built and won't crumble like this one has. Complete waste of $700, unfortunately. Think twice before purchasing this product.
