This pad was just what I needed to make a very slippery tarp covered board non-slip. Easy to cut and apply to a custom platform I made for my Colorado XTS pontoon boat. To waterproof the board I sprayed it and tailor cut and fit a tarp around it which was very slippery. This material was easy to apply and created a non slip surface. Delivery time was longer than I hoped for but was worth the wait

I bought a used ski boat and the bow was just painted fiberglass, but that seemed like the best place to jump from. However, it seemed like someone could slip pretty easily, so I bought this to apply there to give a nice grip. It worked out perfectly, and there were so many colors I was able to match my boat nicely.

I used this mat to insulate and add grip to the deck of my wife’s Jackson Tupelo. Installs very easy and has great adhesion. I created a template of the shape needed and let the mat and kayak warm up in the sun for a few hours prior to installation.

Worked well on my boat,No complaints.

Spent one full day laying out my 18ft boat. This stuff cuts easy.. sticks great to CLEAN surfaces. Not an easy job but it’s worth the time! We laid out slightly bigger pieces then trimmed in place with an exacto knife. Seams are hard to find if you lay them tight together. Aluminum boat felt 20 degrees cooler … and immediately felt the difference while installing. It’s soft and easy on the bare feet and knees when you are down and very durable. Had it in over a year now and it’s amazing considering the abuse we put it though with fishing. Great traction even when wet and I highly reccomend it.

This product is great for DIY’ers……I bought more than enough just to make sure I could cover everything and have leftovers in case something gets damaged over summer. I prepped the floor with isopropyl alcohol multiple times ( Extensively ) but I definitely wanted a clean surface to ensure the product isn’t blamed for not sticking….also used a heat gun which made the adhesive sticky and pressed each corner piece down to ensure theu wont lift. It came out awesome for a do it yourself project……would recommend!!!

I needed a 21" piece so I spliced this . Made a template from cardboard , drew it on the back of this material and was fairly easy to cut with a Stanley box cutter and a new blade . I read that the adhesive wasn't the best , so I sanded my floor with a 40 grit , cleaned it with alcohol , and applied a Dap Weldwood contact cement . Let it dry for about 15/20 minutes. When you touch these 2 together , that's where it's staying . For years probably .There is no forgiveness . no do overs . Make little marks on your boat with a sharpie , set your flooring down and make marks to match the boat marks so you set it perfect. But I think I am going to like this material

I bought and installed this decking in October of 2021; it is now July 2023 and it had held up great. It's not coming up or fading. My only issue is that the blue color comes off on your skin. Maybe it's because I have never washed it and it is kept outside. A month ago I messaged the seller asking if there is a special cleaner or sealant that will stop this issue, but I have not received a response.

I converted an old windsurfing board into more of a paddle board and this stuff was easy to apply and sticks very well!
