Pizza Dough Box - Camwear Polycarbonate, 18"Wx26"Dx3"H 1 Each

I thought I was getting the same boxes as our old boxes. However, these have smoother surface and are less flexible. I wasn't sure that I was going to like them. However I do maybe even like them better. They're easier to clean and more stain resistant. Not sure if they are as durable. They seem like they will crack more easily. We will see.

I have a small family pizza place,we use the dough boxes every day. They stay sealed and keep the dough ready to use.

We have 6 of these boxes and we use them daily for proofing our bread dough and our pizza dough overnight in our restaurant.They are sturdy and we clean them daily without any of the breaking.We are still planning to buy more of them.A must have for artisan bread and pizza making.
