This product is too small. No space at all. You cannot put 2 mugs next to each other. Check pic. You cannot line up the plates to dry and if you happen to use normal plates, you only have the upper level available. The lower is useless. Check pic. The advert shows so many items, utensils, plates and cups drying on it and I am Not sure how. The actual product is made of slippery plastic and metal. Only pots and pans may stay put but all others slip all over. It looks innovative and practical with this water pipe exit but you need an outpouring of tap water directed to the middle hole in order to let the water drain. Check pic.Sorry but it’s a waste of money.

I was looking for a drying rack that had more than one tier to make drying dishes faster. This item was difficult to assemble. The instructions don't give a clear step-by step process to assemble the top portion to the bottom. Frustrating for sure.But, once it was together it was a good product. I just wish the drain pan piece (which is plastic) didn't hold water in some spots and would thoroughly drain.

Overall really great! I dislike that the water drains into an area I cannot take apart to clean. I know eventually it's going to be covered in mold, and the only way to clean will be to soak. I won't be able to scrub the inside. The other downside is I cannot stack it and put plates on top under my cabinets. But it looks nice, is sturdy, and holds a lot!

I think that’s very good for me and tidying up my kitchen room and I need to clean them up. Through this new dish rack I think it will be helpful for me to do and dried up everything.

This dish rack was easy to assemble and looks great next to my sink. However, I have one suggestion to make this even better (and the reason I gave it four stars): there’s a small gutter to drain the water that connects to the bottom of the rack. Make it LONGER! Or make it so that it can extend out. It lines up with the edge of the rack holder and I almost have to move the dish rack right up to the edge of the sink to prevent it from dripping water onto my counter top. Make this fix and this thing is five stars.
