This knife is a beast. It's weight makes it feel so solid in the hand. Its plows through thick pork belly, potatoes, yams, litteraly anything I throw at it. I wanted an american made knife and this feels like on. Hardy and sharp as a razor. Get a chefs knife if you are new to these kinds of knifes. If you are experienced, get this one. Its super cool.

I absolutely love this knife. When I first picked it up, I thought, "this is a quality knife". It's perfectly balanced and feels great in my hand. The knife is heavy being made from quality material and not cheap knock-offs.I grabbed some veggies from the fridge and immediately started chopping. It's a perfect push cut right through the skin of peppers - and slices soft mushrooms without damaging or bruising the gills (I grow gourmet mushrooms at home so this is important to me)Ultimately I strongly recommend this product It belongs in every residential kitchen. It wouldn't surprise me if it was found in high-end commercial restaurants as well.

Easily the best knife I own. The high quality of this knife makes me embarrassed to have my other kitchen knives out on display. My wife loves it because she says it has me in the kitchen helping more. Never though I’d love chopping vegetables. I like the way it fits in my hand and even better the way it performs from chopping carrots to easily slicing a chicken breast in half. Solid knife. Highly recommend.

This knife is not only the sharpest, but the weight and design are fantastic
