This is not just a nappy cream, but a healing salve for any rash, scrape, and generally any patch of skin that is not feeling great.As a nappy cream, it is not like the extra sticky or even slimy nappy creams that are hard to wash off the skin. It absorbs into the skin so it needs a little thicker application.I always recommend this cream to new parents!

Will be reverting back to the previous brand. It seemed to soak in to the nappy quick and our little girl still developed nappy rash whilst using the cream.

Cannot praise this highly enough. This is NOT only for babies but excellent for any age. I use it for allergic rash and other blemishes. Plus a friend was ill with a bowel problem and used to get sore down below and this worked like magic as it provides a waterproof seal. There are 2 very similar by Lavera and I have been sent the other by mistake from some companies, the other is similar but does not have the zinc in which is the magic ingredient.
