Amazing product I just bought my second one nowI use it primarily to tape up my thumb which I’ve injured playing volleyball and doesn’t seem to healI tape it up and the material is breathable and strongOnly small issue is I sweat alot and when I use this tape sometimes the tape can come off after so much sweating but that’s to be expected with any tapeGreat product would recommend

Great product, would highly recommend

Not good for Plantar Fasciopothy, not good for bad feet, Hands or wrists. The only thing this tape sticks to is itself. Not robust. DOESNT EVEN WORK to be honest, as soon as you apply the tape it lifts straight back up. So I tried using an entire roll and strapped my foot exactly as my Therapist explained. Still didn't work. The whole thing just came off within minutes. Not enough stick, no support as it just peels away. Don't buy in my opinion.

I got the tape, for a long distance 100km stand up paddle race,. I figured I may need it if my hands deterioratedIt's slightly stretchy, sticks well and is easily torn from the roll, which was perfect for when on a paddle boardI used it to tape up fingers to prevent blistering and it worked a treat,. I now have some in my first aid kit as it will come in handy for dressings , strapping other body parts etc,. I've only used a part of 1 roll, so the other 3 should last a good while
