Q: Is the adjustable back strap velcro?

It is an adjustable back strap.

Q: Can you embroider on the strap?

I suppose you could but being as the strap has Velcro on the opposite side, it would be a little difficult IMO. If I were embroidering a name (and I don’t do my own, going by what my Embroider suggested to me) I would do it across the opening of the strap.🥰. Turned out great!!!!

Q: In what country are these made in?

Mine was made in Bangladesh. It is a good, sturdy, cap. I like it.

Q: Metal buckle is difficult to adjust after I put on. Is the closure velcro or metal buckle?

It's a metal buckle adjust before putting it on push little belt up and pull the metal part until it gets tight enough for you..
