Well constructed connectors...
Very well build connector pair. Threads match as expected, not issues at all. Looking at the item with a VNA, the impedance bump is minimal. I would not run 500 watts through it, but 50 is no issue for mine. Pros: Build quality is good. Heat shrink added to each connector for strain relief. Threading is good. Connector does not feel cheap. A VNA shows the connector pair to be good. Cons: None... Conclusion: I am on my second set of these, and use them a lot. Over time, the connector seems to hold up, and the stability of the connector over time looks good. Great value for the price, and I will probably buy more as time goes on.

The price was great the radio performs with out issues I compare it to Motorola XPR series DMR โ-we are on mixed fleet analog /digital set up 400-470 mhz

Well built
This is about an 8 inch adapter cable that seems constructed to withstand regular use with a portable handheld, not just at a stationary location or workbench. The SO239 end of the cable has a fortified bit of black heat-shrink tubing that keeps the coaxial cable from kinking right at the crimped retainer of the connector. There's another piece of heat-shrink tubing on the SMA-F cable connector, again as a way to anchor the miniature coax cable. The cable itself is flexible, but resists kinking. The connectors both have a bright, golden colored center pin that will reveal any tarnishing or dirt. The insulation to the outer threads looks like a high quality dielectric, but the texture does not resemble the familiar Teflon insulation. Notice the lock nut on the SMA-F cable connector. This is not easy to use in practice, since it goes into a slightly recessed chassis-mounting connector on the radio that ordinarily receives a rubber antenna. But, it's possible to fully seat the connector into the radio without having to use the locknut. By draping the cable down the back of the radio, it's easy to hold the cable and radio in the hand at the same time to minimize mechanical stress. The use of this adapter cable makes it easier to use the radio than with a screw-in one piece adapter. The RG-58 A/U coaxial cable to the mobile antenna is NOT right there at the radio. Instead that cable and its PL259 are out of the way and hanging below the radio while in use. This probably minimizes the mechanical stress on the connector inside the radio. I have not noticed any significant reception difference from the slight loss of having an additional connection in the line, compared with a one piece adapter SO239->SMA-F.

Perfect for Connecting My HandHeld BaoFeng to External Antenna on My Car
Exactly what I needed to connect my handheld HAM radio to the external antenna mounted on the roof of my car. Built well, with good sturdy material. I hope the lead does not break off over time as it is mostly bent when connected to the radio. Good cable so far and offers me great performance for my handheld rig in my car. UPDATE: After three weeks of daily use, the SMA end broke because of too much bending. I do not fault the seller of the maker...it is what it is wear & tear from normal use and I feel that for the price, it is still a very good product. I may be using it differently than you will use it, so don't let that stop you from buying this connector. I will probably re-solder and put back together myself and shore it up with more shrink tubing and electrical tape. Will give me a chance to practice my soldering skills and cable-work.

Jumper cable
Bought to match my handheld to my mobile car antenna as I don't have a hand mic. Gives flexibility in between radio and coax without effecting the SWR and it's also a lot easier to disconnect the radio when going portable. So far no quality issues, looks like a solid product. Would buy again.
