I particularly like that there are two separated sealed sections. I sleep on one half and if I wake and my face is still hot I can just turn it for renewed cooling. It also makes folding for transport easy and the gel does not all migrate to one end like those with one large reservoir. Couldn’t survive without these!

I only got these three days ago and, for me anyway, they've really worked in helping me get to sleep with no trouble even after the hottest day of the year. I leave them in the fridge all day but previously I used to put chilled water in a hot water bottle but I find these are better.

Yes, it did help me keep cool. However, I am a front sleeper and the pad seemed quite hard, woke up with a bit of neck ache. Good size and covered quite an area of the pillow.

Nicely flexible and heavy enough to set in place, It does the job nicely at keeping you cool and it looks easy enough to clean. I'm glad I got two. A good size too.

Fantastic in hot weather to help cool down

I've put it in the fridge and then used inside my pillowcase. It definitely helps me to fall asleep on the hot nights. It doesn't stay cold all night but it is enough to set you off.I recommend it. QI've bought another one for my mother in law.

I got these for our very fluffy cat, put it a pillowcase and she is nice and cool, and having the two, one is in the fridge and use one.It is great she is happy.
