Better than the mouse pad with wrist support... works with a variety of devices
This works well for me. No top or bottom or grippies, both sides are the same material so the pad may slide. I am using on a wood laminate desk and for me no excessive slipping, but an additional caveat is that I am using it with a Kensington trackball due to arthritis, so the hand movement isn't as much as a a traditional mouse. The beads are comfy and molds to your wrist and is a good width (5") to have the wrist "sink in" and be supported. For me the height (~1-1/2", non-compressed by the wrist) is ideal, to keep my wrist level when using the trackball, with the wrist weight it is probably ~ 1" height. I tested it with a Logitech mouse (fatter vertically than the Apple mouse) , Apple Magic mouse (thin), and the Apple Magic track pad and it also keeps my wrist fairly flat and not upwards bent (the goal) well, although the sliding of the pad was more with the mouse's with the increased hand movement versus the trackpad or rollerball. Overall pleased. For me worked better than the mouse pad with wrist support, which for me didn't have the height i personally needed. Btw I tried warming it in the microwave, not researching what the beads are, did 30 seconds on high, warmed up a little, did not proceed with longer times as I didn't want to wreck it.

I love this little thing.
This wrist cushion was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I listened to him. I game on PC and my left hand has been starting to hurt after 20 or so minutes. Now, I plop this wrist cushion under my left wrist and my hand doesn't hurt when gaming. Even though this product is meant for your mouse hand, it also works great for your keyboard hand for all us PC gamers out there. Give it a try if you're starting to get hand/wrist pain!

Despite cost cutting measures, still a great product
A lot of people have been bashing the product since the company was bought but in my opinion the product is still great. I just had to toss my old mouse wrist rest from IMAK which was bought before the company was sold (I dropped it in ketchup and it started to smell). So I got this new one and it is in fact smaller that the old one, but as it turns out, it's no big deal. I have pretty large hands and the wrist rest is still plenty large enough for me to use comfortably. In fact this might be even more comfortable than the old one because it seems that this new one is packed slightly more densely with beads, which adds more support and prevents your wrist from bending. Overall I think people are being overly critical in their reviews. Sure, the new company might have issued some cost cutting measures (as businesses often need to) but I don't think that these measures have hurt the product at all. Still recommend it 100%.:wq

Decent Wrist Cushion, but Loses Its Beads During Use
This IMAK A10165 wrist cushion works pretty well for protecting your wrist when using a computer mouse. It rests under your wrist and on a flat, smooth surface, is able to move along with the mouse. It is comfortable and pretty soft, though it does not provide the same support that a foam cushion would provide since the beads inside are very small and move around quite easily. Speaking of the beads inside, this is the main reason that I deducted a star. After using this wrist cushion daily for about 2.5 months, I started seeing these little white spheres every once in a while on my desk. After the third or fourth time, I finally realized that the source was this wrist cushion; I guess due to the daily pressure of my wrist on the (92% cotton, 8% spandex) cushion, beads were beginning to break through the fabric every once in a while. It hasn't been a big deal as they only seem to pop out one at a time and rather occasionally, but at the same time, I would be very concerned if a pet or small child got one of them.

Honey, They Shrunk the Wrist pad
It's smaller than the last two I've bought. Description is misleading. This is more the size for laptop travelers or maybe fourth-graders. Otherwise, same comfort and support...just less of it.

Worth it
Relatively pricey, but I've been using this since it arrived and I love it. It feels very similar to a bean bag, but it's casing is very soft, and its consistency doesn't resist as much so it will easily mold to your position. It's comfortable and seems very durable, I've been tossing this thing around and using it as a stress ball when I'm bored. 92% cotton, 8% spandex, so far so good. The product moves easily, the only resistance seems to be derived from it's weight, the material does not provide much friction unless you're using it on something like worn/old/unpolished wood. Anything glossy or coated like mouse pads/desk tops and it moves easily. It is a bit bulky for my tastes; when I use it in the recommend position my hand rests a little too high for comfortable grip on the mouse (hovering over it a little). This will obviously differ depending on the size of your mouse. My solution has been to either use the cushion further down the arm and/or flip the cushion so it's vertical and you have a valley in the middle. This will help your hand sit a bit lower so you aren't hovering/straining over the mouse. Aside from that, I really like it.

Imak Wrist Cushion, Size Does Matter
After many years of dutiful service, my old Imak wrist cushion was headed for retirement. Ordered this expecting the same product and was disappointed. Dimensions listed for this new wrist cushion were 9x7.5 in. Actual product is more like half that size. Too small for my needs.

This is my first wrist cushion from this company and I love it. I've noticed that people in the reviews are mentioning that this cushion has changed and is a lot smaller than the original - but I have nothing else to compare it to. The size is perfect for me and I wouldn't want it too much larger. I already think wrist cushions/pads look ugly on a desk so imo smaller is better. I'm using this with a trackball and it's like they were made for each other. The beads in the cushion allow you to wiggle your wrist into the perfect position which I prefer over memory foam or gel. It also doubles as a stress ball and can be washed in cold water and air dried. I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall this product is very good - it functions as described and is very comfortable to use. It kind of feels like it has squishy beads inside it, which form around your wrist when you rest it on the cushion. The colour/texture of the material in real life is different to how it appears in the product photos. I wish the photos had been a little more true to life, however the difference isn't significant enough that it would stop me from wanting to keep the product.

Just what I was hoping for. It is super comfy and gives my wrist what it was needing and wanting. Not too hard, not too soft, just right!

The product is simple, so not much to think about buying it, but I expected it to be a little bit more firm, as it is it reminds me to a glove full of rice, it is confortable though, maybe I just need to get used to the difference with the classic gel mouse wrist cushion. I got it delivered a month after I ordered it, 2 weeks later than the estimated delivery time.
