Anne Klein and Nine West watches are my favorite brands of watches, so couldn't pass this up with such a great choice of colors to choose from. I chose this dark blue and rose gold watch because it goes great with darker blue jeans and also goes well with dress pants and other business attire.This is not a bangle band that goes all the way around, and the clasp in the back is a jewelry style clasp which is the style often used in bracelets. The watch actually comes with 2 of the jewelry clasps so if you need both for the length this watch gives that, or you can remove one of the clasps for a smaller size. The band is 14mm wide (~ 9/16") and the diameter of the face with it's frame is 32mm (~ 1-1/4"). The face is very easy to read. It's a different kind of face in that it does not have roman numerals, but a double tick mark at each hour. It's also a very comfortable watch to wear. I have a small wrist - exactly 6" around - and I had to remove the extra clasp plus 2 links for it to fit just right. Since I have so many watches I found it easier quite some time ago just to have a simple watch repair kit at home so I could adjust band size myself.This watch keeps great time as expected and uses a standard SR626SW battery which you can buy in bulk packs of 10 here on Amazon for about $6.00. I used a watch pry to remove the back cover to see what type of battery the watch used, and another nice feature is that with this watch you can snap the back cover back on by yourself. With some watches a watch press is needed but not this one so that's good.This is a beautiful watch that is not too big and not too small, and can be worn pretty much with anything. I highly recommend this watch if you're looking for something really nice that is affordable and comes in an attractive giftable case. It's a great choice!

I own a lot of watches. I went from a simple Timex to NASCAR driver watches (the kind I’d get from their online shop).Then, I stopped wearing a watch.Afterall, with a smartphone, who needs a watch?Within the past year I’ve gotten a few watches, some by Anne Klein.I’ve never owned a “bangle” watch and curiosity got the better of me. With it being available in purple – yay!How do they work?This is NOT a full bangle. Under the wrist is a “link type” band with TWO different claps. Thankfully, I found the easier one.Ta-dah! That’s how it goes on.Works like a regular watch.This is dressy and fashionable without being a wallet grabber. Yes, I’m used to paying around $20 for a nice Walmart watch. But, sometimes you have to spend more for quality.Comes packaged for storage or gift giving.Definitely worth the price.
