Can I buy more of the reusable pads?

I had to buy new pads a few weeks ago and I couldn't find any for sale from SEVENMAX. I bought Turbo Mop pads on Amazon instead and I'm glad I did. They're even thicker than the original ones and they fit great on the mop.

Can this mop accept both reusable and disposable pads like the Swiffer Mop pads? What kind of pads are compatible with this mop?

It’s almost like a Velcro that it attaches to, not like the holders of a swiffer mop where you wrap it over and press it in. With my experience, it works with nearly any reusable pad but since the bottom is hard plastic instead of rubber or soft material, a thin disposable pad most likely will not work well at all. Hope this helps!

Can the handle be easily detached to store in smaller storage areas?

Yes the handle comes in 3 parts. At the top is the handle with spray trigger. Then a 16 inch pole handle, then the base of the mop or the pad.

Is there anything on the mop head that could scratch travertine floors? Thank you in advance for answering my question!!!

The spray bottle started leaking within 10 days of use. And the Velcro tape on the mop started peeling off. Not good quality.

Terrible

Thai mop was received in terrible condition. Opened box and pad was used, stained and the solution holder had liquid in it. Was never inspected when previously retuned. In addition, the quality was terrible. I would never pay this much for such a poorly made product.

Not great but get's the job done.

Product quality is average. Built material is low quality quality. The extra mop pads were regular quality, not microfiber pads. If asthenics matter to you, then this product does not follow any colour scheme.

Fragile

I bought it in December and it lasted only till April of next year. Moving parts inside are very fragile and the spray broke without any force or drop. Need to improve quality of the product
