Good but ...
Its an excellent product, instead of 4 , i was told by Grohe technical support ( i called them prior to install), that only use 2 of the spray jets on a single connection it is 1/2 size, water pressure on the 2nd jet is bit low as compared the the top one. Even though i used only 2 as instructed. But you can switch spray pattern to make it on a different setting and then it works better not best when using 2.Totally love the product.

Adequate
These get the job done although were a little disappointed with the quality of the packaging. I wish Grohe sold escutcheon replacement parts!

Top of the Line from Grohe
As far as body sprays go this is my favorite design. Grohe is a premium brand with an excellent track record and attention to detail. It is German Engineering at its finest. I recently completed a bathroom renovation for a client and was able to spec a Grohe showering system for them. They are really enjoying it. These body sprays work best IMO when you have multiples of 2 or 3 down a wall in a line. You can then turn them on and simply rotate your body to rinse off. Chest, waist and knee heights seem best for full vertical coverage. Alternatively you can place 1 or 2 on one side of the shower and 1 or 2 on the other and have dual side sprays at chest and waist heights. Or simply have a single one and place it a chest height. With each one delivering 0.9 gpm they are a full flow head in their own right. Don't add too many if you don't have at least 3/4" supply lines. They can be useful for side or even upwards spraying and rinsing. Before I would commit to a shower design with body sprays I would do a little research and preferably be able to test some at a hotel, spa or AirBNB. It isn't for everyone or every type of shower. The best description I can give is that it can be like a shower wand that you don't have to hold. Placement is key however and can only be done once. If you have 2 people of different heights by more than 6 inches then it may be a challenge to get the best locations for them. These do angle, and it is a fairly easy thing to do, but ideally you would have them set so that they just pop straight out without needing to adjust them at every shower event. These look the nicest of all the different brands I have seen. Certainly premium. 5 stars.

You will need at least two of these, probably three...
This is a high quality, finely designed body sprayer for placement on a shower's vertical wall. It is made to be placed in a custom shower. Kohler and other manufacturers make a whole panel containing all the jets and controls of a body spray system for installation in a shower. This not that. This is made to be installed in a shower where you don't want an all-in-one metal panel on a wall.I doubt anyone who wants--and has the money to afford--a body spray system will be satisfied with just one spray head. More likely, you're going to want two, probably three and maybe even four of these units in your shower.Once the spray head is installed, the circular head containing the spray orifices pops out when water is turned on to the spray head. The popped-out head can then be angled as you want it to spray. Twisting the head also allows you choice of several spray patterns. There is an excellent video on how to install this unit on the Grohe web site. Do a search for "Model: 26745EN0" on the Grohe site and you will find the video at the bottom of the page.

Not standard tread!
We got three of these and all parts from Grohe for new bathroom we remodeled. We are very disappointed as the treads inside these jets are not standard NPT nor metric, so if anything happens during your wall tiles and you need a bit of adjustments, forget it. I called Grohe customer service and was told to redo the tiles - *really*??? Save yourself the aggravation and buy standard jets with NPT tread.

Sold Body Spray Head
This body spray head by Grohe is of premium quality, which is exactly what I'd expect from them. Installation is relatively easy provided you have the right tools. I installed the shower head in line with my stomach. The head angle was easy to adjust upward or downwards to cover my chest or thighs. All the spray patterns feel great and are adjusted by rotation of the nozzle. I might end up buying another head or two for full coverage, so that I don't have to constantly adjust the angle. This has definitely improved my shower experience

Ok
I didn't get to use this for myself. I thought it was an actual shower head...but its not and I am a fool for not reading thoroughly. Fortunately, my neighbor was doing a remodel and they used this in their new shower...I was able to see it firsthand in use and it has a good spray pattern and a nice flow. The plumber had no problem integrating this into the system as they already had a diverter that could handle it.

Works Well!
The perfect addition to a new shower! The jets feel amazing! I love how this works and it massages well. I have no complaints about this product. My plumber says it was easy to install.
