The long size measures to approx. 4.5inches, the buckle side measures to approx. 3inches (3.5 inches if you include the buckle length). Hope this helps. Kind regards, Customer Service @ Marathon

Q: How thick is this strap?

4mm at the lugs for both halves. The buckle side narrows to 3.3mm but thickens back up at the buckle attachment point. The others halve smoothly tapers to 2.65mm.
