Nice to have in a tiny house
Made of quality materials. Comfortable. Can make a mess of clean water after use….but I guess that goes with the territory.I used to be a plumber, so I knew how to put it together, and shim the toilet seat. Ordinary (non plumber) folks might have a problem getting everything level.Good product.

The Perfect Bidet!
I have used several different types of bidets (including the Tushy) before, and did a lot of research before finally purchasing this one. We have been using it for several weeks now and it is absolutely perfect! It has exceeded my expectations in every way! I was looking for something plastic-free for the durability, and for environmental reasons, and this is one of the only options on the market. The only plastic component it came with was a riser for the other side of the toilet seat, to keep the seat even.It was very easy to install and only took about 10 minutes. I only used the components that it came with and didn't need to add or replace anything. I also didn't need to use any teflon tape, and it has never leaked. I did not purchase the hot water option because our sink is not close enough, but my husband and I both actually find the cold water refreshing. The water pressure is insane - I've never had it even close to full blast - but the nob makes it easy to adjust to whatever pressure you like.It did take a bit of trial and error to get the positioning of the arm right so it would swing out to the correct place, but once it was good I tightened the bolts down and we haven't had any issues with it moving out of place. We have a standard style toilet - not a french curve. I love that the arm swings under the toilet seat when not in use. I am a woman and I have found that I can swing it forward slightly to get the "front" area effectively as well. The stream does come more "straight up" than "from behind" like some models are designed to do, but I honestly prefer it, as you can direct the stream to the exact spot you want it to go.It's very easy to clean around - especially compared to plastic models like the Tushy. And if anyone is concerned about the nozzle not being "self-cleaning" you can easily turn it on for a second on low pressure to do exactly what all of the other models do. It is also very slim and sits under the toilet seat very well - it hasn't made the seat feel different in any way.I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews that said they had to buy different hardware or that installation was difficult, but I did not have that experience at all. Everything worked perfectly and was super easy. I honestly think we will have this thing for a lifetime, and I plan on installing one on every toilet!

Feels high quality
Day 1 review - Once the price went down it was a no brainer to buy it for me, especially since I have one piece curved toilets that a normal bidet can’t fit. For my use case I needed to buy a top screw in toilet seat hinge, but very thin profile for the arm,so the toilet seat sits on top flush.relatively easy to install by hand since I didn’t have tool space behind the toilet. Be warned, once this thing is on full blast, it can peel paint off the walls or be as gentle as you’d like. Just remember to swing it into position or swing it back once done…High quality thick metal. Looks good.

Works great!
Exactly what I was looking for

Fits my 1926 Case Kidney Bean one piece!
I did have to cut some cork spacers to raise the mounting bar slightly but now the seat will stay up so it’s perfect. I don’t think there’s a commode made that this Bidet would not fit, with a little creativity. Also they didn’t scrimp on the chrome plating and it is of substantial construction compared to the plastic models offered…

Poor Seat Compatibility, Poor Decisions, Incorrect Instructions
I wanted a bidet attachment that gave me a bit more control over the spray location, and this looked like the bidet attachment for me. Unfortunately, poor seat compatibility, poor design decisions, and incorrect instructions made this abomination completely impossible for me to install in its entirety.Let's start with the poor seat compatibility. Brondell's own heated toilet seats can't even be installed at the same time as this thing. Sure, you could just buy one of Brondell's more feature-rich bidet seats, but none of those let you move the spray nozzle so precisely. The problem is the hollow bolt that you use when connecting this bidet attachment to your toilet. Brondell's heated toilet seats use these proprietary plastic bolts with the rail that the seat attaches to connected directly to the end of the bolt. Heaven forbid Brondell make a slightly different bolt that WOULD fit through. So, I ended up buying another brand of heated toilet seat that worked once I purchased a slightly longer bolt for it. Imagine that: NON-PROPRIETARY BOLTS.Anyway, moving on, I have a 1/2" supply line going to the 1/2" shutoff valve beneath my sink, so the simplest way to accomplish this was to swap out my supply line with one with a 1/2" connector at the faucet and a 3/8" connector to go into the three-way hot water valve included with this bidet attachment, then another connector (which is listed in the manual as a part you might need - more on that in a moment) to adapt the 3/8" connector at the other end of the three-way hot water valve back to a 1/2" connector.Unfortunately, I simply couldn't find this elusive piece that the manual includes. It was out of stock at my local hardware store. The one I ordered on Amazon was way too large. The one I ordered on eBay was a bit too small. None of the product listings I've seen ANYWHERE online include every single word in the part name/description, and the ones that seem close are going to take me days or weeks to receive, and I'm just tired of taking the various components of my hot water connection underneath my sink apart to deal with this any longer. Now, this all could've been avoided had Brondell just included the necessary PARTS for adapting a 1/2" line to this. And yeah, that's right: I said PARTS. The manual seems to think you can get away with using a single part to make this all work when it's pretty apparent you'd have to adapt both ends of the three-way valve to fit your existing hot water line if it doesn't fit on either end.Definitely returning this.

Best Bidet!
I’ve had bidets that attach to the back of the toilet. They’re ok, but you have to “work” to get clean. This one hits from underneath. The wand action is fantastic and cleans throughly!

Best bidet out there
This bidet was really easy to install, is made of sturdy metal, and does what it is supposed to do better than the typical bidets that spray from the back. The movable wand is fantastic, as is the fact that you can adjust the temperature of the water you use. When not in use, the wand just tucks out of sight under the rim of the toilet.Best bidet our family has ever used, and even though it is slightly more expensive than other bidets, it is worth every penny.Plus, being made of metal instead of the usual plastic, it is much sturdier. It's simply built, but works very well.

Great product!
Looks and works as advertised, which is a good thing. I like the fact that it is all made of stainless steel (No plastic!), which I hope will last longer. Installation was quite easy as it comes with great installation instructions and everything you need to get it done. The only thing I would suggest improving is that it should be mounted to both seat holes as opposed to just one, which creates a pivot point and could be easily (accidentally) moved out of alignment. The first test proved its great functionality. Just one warning though - be careful when increasing the water pressure as the water will get right up your colon. All in all I am reasonably happy with this purchase. Will see how it performs in a long run and--who knows--I may decide to buy a second set for our second bathroom.Update 24-Aug-203As I said above, we liked this bidet so much that we purchased and installed a second bidet attachment for our second bathroom. So far so good. Let's see how it performs in a long run.Update 30-Nov-2023We decided to buy a third set for our guest bathroom. Now we are all set. Thanks Brondell!
