This worked great for cleaning the dryer vent in my 10 year old house. I worked slowly with a drill, working it in and out and adding rods as needed, in about 30 minutes i had the job completed and blew out the loose lint by running the dryer. The dryer vent codes have stopped and its functioning much better. The rods came apart with 2 sets of pliers easily and are ready now to do this annually. Really happy with how this worked out.

This dryer duct cleaner worked great when I attached the pieces to the drill and used it to clean the lint from the duct attached to the dryer. When I tried to clean the duct from outside the house, the brush with 5 or 6 attachments, started spinning out of control. I think I shouldn’t have started with the 5 or 6. Maybe gradually adding one piece at a time, which is what I’ll do next time. I also bought the 40’ Holikme, which was way too much. I learned a lot from this experience, but the product is great. I got a lot of lint out of the dryer duct. I would definitely recommend this. Just make sure, you buy the right size.

Ahh..if you have long duct which is straight with only one elbow this product will work..I used it on 20 feet duct with probably 4 of the 90elbows and this thing got stuck like hell.. I was almost at the point of ripping of drywall to remove it.. at the end it came lose after using fish line and lot of effort from other side.. Hell of the day… !! Only good thing probably saved me was applying lot of electrical tape at each joints, so they didn’t come lose in either direction of rotation during the removal..I returned the product at the endDO NOT ATTEMT IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 ELBOWS IN YOUR DRYER VENT

I started looking into getting my dryer vent cleaned. I've got a fairly long run (30 feet) and the cheapest quote I got was $129.Watched some videos on YouTube and decided to buy this specific product.Worked better than I thought it would. There is bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it gets the job done.Few tips: Only add 2-3 sections at a time and go back and forth. Keep a shop vac handy to suck up all the lint. Keep the dryer running when you are using this. Don't try to force it, just let the drill do its job.

I bought this to clean the vent of my drying machine… I was expecting some lint to come out, but I was totally surprised by the quantity that was removed….This thing is a MUST…. I cannot believe I waited 15 years to use this. I am sure this reduces risk of fire and will improve dryer efficiency and durability.I think the sections are a bit stiff, but they are easy to assemble and disassemble.
