It is way more powerful than the normal little "target style" 4 bladed desk fans you can get. I love that it oscillates at least a full 90 degrees, so the oscillation is not just a gimmick. On low its nice and quiet and you can feel the air it moves. As you spin the dial it get faster and faster till its really humming, this fan probably puts out as much air as many 6" fans do, it,s just smaller. Once you get the speed you like just click the dial and the oscillations begin, there is a faint clicking noise like a ball point pen click but not as loud, i find it soothing personally. My one gripe is that due to its light weight and plastic base, it does tend to slide around if bumped, a set of sticky rubber feet would be a nice addition to this fan.

I purchased this to add some circulation for my hydroponic lettuce. It is very compact, yet produces decent amount of airflow. The only thing I did not like is that you can't use it with smart plug. I was planning on having this turn on and off (schedule) by plugging it into smart plug. However, once it shuts down you have to turn the knob again to start it. Other than that, this is a nice, very compact, and very quiet unit.

I got this fan on a deal of some sort. It’s run beautifully and I just wanted to come back now 2 years later to say so.

I was apprehensive about ordering a fan that looked so small in the video reviews but I am so glad I took the chance. It doesn't have three levels like high medium and low it has many many levels you can turn it from very very low to very very high. The tilting head, the oscillation, the lightweightness and the amount of air it blows, are all reasons why this fan is incredible! Not to mention it's smaller than a water bottle, see photo, and I only paid around $10 for it, I paid double that for my last table fan and it didn't have half the features. I can turn it to about a medium setting and I can't hear it, but my cat will come running so he can stand in front of it while his long hair blows like a supermodel aka supercat. I truly don't think you will be disappointed, the video reviews and photos are precise and represent the fan exactly. I'm buying another before they stop making them. The only con, maybe a longer cord, but I just added one of my own that was longer.

This was basically a great little fan. Seemed designed and built well. It is unusual to find a fan that offers both adjustable tilt and oscillate functions on a fan this size. The rheostat control was nice and the fan was quiet. Unfortunately my fan stopped oscillating properly after only about 40 hours of use. It turns to one side, but will no longer reverse to turn back. Other than that it still runs. One of the main reasons I purchased this model was for the oscillate function. The included manual essentially NO information for warranty support, but it is supposed to be warranted for 1 year. I have reached out to the seller for help and will update this review soon.Update: I was able to to get customer service from the seller. They were nice and replaced my fan free of charge. But here's the thing: The replacement had the same issue. The oscillate function stopped working after only a month or 2. This one I found had a broken piece of plastic inside the bottom. Apparently quality and durability are a problem with this fan. Is it still usable?: Yes (but without oscillating) I would not recommend this purchase based on my personal experience.

This cute fan is kick-butt! I use it so far in my pop up camper to circulate the heat & prevents condensation also. It’s small but mighty! It can be stationary or swivel. Different speeds. I like it because it’s small for traveling but still puts out the air. I may use it off season at my bedside. Might be good for my sinus & asthma. It’s lightweight & seems durable. Highly recommend when a big fan just won’t work.

Love the size. The rotation setting quit about 4 months after I had it but still works as a fan.
