Fixed My PS5 Controller with these—Even Without Soldering Experience
I used these potentiometer replacements to fix my PS5 controller, and despite having no prior soldering experience, I was able to get the job done. It did take some time and a bit of trial and error, but the replacements worked well once I figured things out. What I really appreciate is that this pack comes with multiple units, which means I won’t have to hunt for replacements if I ever need to fix another stick in the future. That kind of future-proofing is a huge plus for DIY repairs. The quality feels solid, and once installed, my controller’s drift was gone and it felt good as new. If you’re willing to be patient and follow repair guides, this is a great way to restore a drifting stick without paying for an entirely new controller.Highly recommended for those looking to do their own repairs!

Works pretty easy if just the white contact solves your issue
Was able to replace the white contact in one of the two controllers to fix stick drift. The other one took soldering and replacing the whole part but it worked and saved buying two more controllers

Easy stick-drift repair!
I was kind of dreading attempting to fix my PS5 DualSense controller that had stick drift on both sticks. I watched videos where they were soldering in new sticks, either hall effect or replacement potentiometer types. Then I ran across a video where a guy just gently pulled these potentiometers away from the stick, while still soldered in, and replaced the white moving part inside after cleaning the non-moving part with isopropyl alcohol. No soldering required! I followed the YouTube video instructions and got my controller working perfectly in under an hour. You have to be gentle and take your time but it can be done. If I had known how easy this was I wouldn't have purchased a new controller just weeks before. Cheap and easy repair. Go for it!

Shipped loose in a Bag
These did not work for my dual sense ps5 controller with drift. I watched the YouTube video where the guy just replaces the potentiometers with no soldering and the ones he got just easily snap in. These did not. I did finally get them in but the drift was not improved. I also should add these were shipped loose in a bag and about half of them had fallen apart and were bent. Leaving 3 stars and not 1 because the controller in the video I watch had only 2 wires per side on the controller board and mine had 4 so these may not have been the correct ones for my controller

Terrible product
The batch I got were absolutely terrible and they’re definitely cheap off brand Imitations. The metal on the white pieces of the potentiometer’s weren’t cut correctly giving me even worse drift with I put them in my controller. I had to cut it myself with very small scissors, I’m never buying this product again.

Back to gaming
This saved me money and fixed 2 of my controllers that had stick drift. I just swapped out the white plates and problem solved.
