Skip this if you don't like Stevia.
I like the high protein but there is hardly any vanilla flavour probably due to the overwhelming stevia taste. Doesn't mix well with water so it defeats using it on the go.

Great product for the price and excellent ingredients
I am extraordinarily picky when it comes to protein powder because if I do not love the taste I will not consume it. I have been eating paleo for nearly a year now but had yet to find a truly paleo protein powder besides my bone protein powder.... bone broth protein and/or collagen protein is not a complete protein so I did my research. I had quite a few yucky encounters with other products that I threw out before my encounter with paleo pro, a reasonably priced complete paleo protein powder. In my personal opinion, the flavor was very good. However, the monk fruit sweetener is noticeable— it gives off almost an artificial flavor, but only slightly, and i myself still found it quite enjoyable. The texture is a bit weird— sticky-like, but I have found ways to enjoy it. I normally make a raw protein brownie batter (I add raw cacao, mesquite powder, lucma, tocos, and coconut milk) that I like to eat in a mug before bed. I am still discovering other protein treats to create with this product (a frozen raspberry vanilla bean treat in the works). In particular, I love the wholesome ingredients and excellent nutritional profile while still maintaining a great taste. Confidently pleased thus far 😊😊

Great Ingredients But Pricey, and Flavor Needs Some Work
Most protein powders I find hard to digest, plus they tend to constipate me. I gave up on finding one with simple, natural ingredients until I saw this in Whole Foods recently and tried a sample packet first. It was good so I ordered some.I use the powder in my portable, rechargeable blender (about 200 watts) and it works great with almond or hemp milk, and sometimes some berries, and/or banana or plain yogurt for thickness. I feel full afterwards, but haven't noticed any other health benefits yet. This powder, however, is pricey because for over $30, you only get 15 servings. I figure it's a trade-off for not being stuck with a brown-rice or pea powder, or one with lots of added ingredients. But ouch, on my budget this sucker is going to have to perform or else get cut from the team. The taste is also not nearly as terrific as it should be. It has a heavy Stevia taste and there is very little vanilla flavor to speak of. The odd thing is that even though the company uses interesting flavor titles ("Aztec Vanilla!" "Ancient Cacao!" etc.) there is no actual vanilla or cacao listed in the bag ingredients, it just says "natural flavoring."Sorry, guys, for the money we are spending, you need to do better on the flavoring. And use some real vanilla and cacao, or your flavor titles are just marketing gimmicks. Otherwise, the relative cleanliness of the ingredients is rare in the overcrowded world of protein powders, so overall I give it a thumbs up.

Get rid of the sweetners and "natural flavors"
I have used this powder for over a year but in my quest to continue to clean up my diet and put my autoimmune disease into remission I am discontinuing use.1. This is way too sweet and I would rather real vanilla bean instead of monk fruit or supposed "natural flavors".2. "Natural flavors" is not specific enough and in many studies it has been shown that companies that put that are still mixing things in that while supposedly natural, are not necessarily good or organic.3. Ditch the egg whites too. Egg whites can cause issues for some people with autoimmune issues which is often why people follow a Paleo diet. It also doesn't really need to be added as good and well sourced beef collagen would be enough.Otherwise, this is a good protein powder. Mixes well and for the most part is clean compared to many other products out there. I'd use it again if they got rid of the above.

Really upset my stomach
To be honest, I wasn't going to write a review until this company didn't stand behind their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee because I had gone past the Amazon return date window. The reason I went past the date was I kept giving myself some time to try the product again because the first few times it really upset my stomach. I actually wanted it to not upset my stomach because I really liked the taste of it and it had the high protein content that I wanted. Sadly, it did upset my stomach again and I made several attempts to get a refund from the company. They ultimately decided it was just too bad that I had gone past the Amazon return window and did not stand behind their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which to me speaks for itself.
