Slimy packaging
I ordered 2 of the mats in different colors. The green one seems fine but the pink one had moisture and white slime inside the packaging. Very gross and I hope it is not something toxic. It washed off so I am keeping. The mats themselves are thicker and less flexible than name brand mats. I like the markings and they should work fine for classes using rotary cutters.

Do not get if you need metric measurements - Good for imperial measurements
The product itself is good. I made the mistake thinking that one side was inches and the other side was metric. Upon closer inspection, I see that the only metric measurements are the patchwork grid sections. Had I paid closer attention, I would have bought a different model that included metric measurements on one of the sides.

Almost perfect
Love this piece! It is perfect for my glass cutting. It arrived quickly and flat, (unlike what I have heard about some others). I almost gave this a 5. My only complaint is that there was a small (maybe 1/3") chip/slice out of one edge. I think it was probably a fluke. Still going to order another...unless I get one for Christmas, lol.

Arrived Warped
Arrived extremely warped, thereby defeating its one job as being a safe cutting surface. It didn’t appear damaged in transit at all, but instead like it was originally dispatched in this state.

Amazing!!
This Matt it’s absolutely perfect for cutting fabric. It has a great grip, and it doesn’t leave any marks or dentation. I don’t really use the measuring that it’s written on the matt besides the straight lines. Just make sure you don’t bend it :)
