This is a great size for my 25 lb King Charles, everything works great on it. I love that I can leave the top open so he can sit up as I roll it. BUT it tips over easily and doesn’t roll in a straight line if there’s a downward ramp, it’s hard to control. My dog did tip and fall over a few times at the airport. I would still buy this, it’s the best one I’ve found as far as size, color, quality, etc. but I really wish it had the dual handle for better control.

My beagle took her first plane ride in this carrier. We got her acclimated by rolling around town in it for a few days before bringing her to the airport in it. She was so calm and never had a problem going back in when we needed to board, and it fit under the seat in front of me (I did have to collapse the corners a bit to make it fit, though). I had no legroom for myself (I'm 5'6" and airlines are giving us less and less room between rows) and was cramped by the end of the flight - but my pup was content the whole time. Could be the chicken I kept giving her though...

My pets who do not travel well love their new carrier. It's fashionable, airy and somewhat light weight.its definitely lighter than the hard side carriers that I have. This new carrier gives them much more areas to look out.

IT WAS EASY TO HANDLE AND HAD EXTRA QUALITY.

We flew two cats to our new location and they were in these carriers. They both fit wonderfully and the were easy to pull and navigate in the airport. We chose to fly first class to have the extra legroom to fit the carriers the catd slept on the flights.

The bag was large enough for my 22lb Frenchie. The wheels remove easily and you will need to to take in plane. I like that the telescoping handle stands up, so it isn’t dropping to the ground. The base inside is hard, needed to add- small pet cushion. I love the out flaps can go up or down. I’m worried about long term durability, but so far first trip was great.

Excellent value! Used this for my 15lb dog to go on an airplane and I was honestly SO impressed when taking it out of the box. The only issue was it has tendency to tip over easily so be easy on turns and if your dog gets excited when seeing another dog in the airport. Other than that, this is luxury in my opinion. Made my trip so much easier (I have used other carriers before and this is amazing).

I didn’t even have a chance to travel with my dog, only we were practicing at home and handle is already broken. Also, when I roll the bag and turns on the side. Bag is not steady and sturdy. Not happy with my purchase.
