Fit Hi-Lo
Replaced original door lock & latch assembly #23348 CR6 Product Code HF325 by Hi-Lo. This replacement part is every bit sturdy well built as the OEM part. Tight fit, took some tinkering but worked out very well. BTW Hi-Lo doors are 1.5 inches thick. Easy recommendation.

One year and it jammed up. Just like the previous latch from the manufacturer. Is there any that aren't made like junk?

Better than the original.
The fact that this door latch has TWO locking mechanisms is a great improvement. Our cargo/car hauler is 14 years old and sits most of the time. The desert heat has done a number on the door, slight warp. We were down to one key for locking and had a second one cut with a locksmith and with no guarantee that it would work. Unfortunately, we forced that key and were unsuccessful in getting it free. This new lock not only has the deadbolt but locks the striker too. Need to lock both separately, which I don't mind doing. Super easy to install, just make sure everything is positioned correctly
