Got to where it shows time hold mode and use start to go up and reset to go down and use mode to switch between minutes hrs etc then once done click mode down to seconds and click one more time and it's set

Q: how do you set the step pedometer and calorie counter ?

I didn't like the watch so I never used it. I should have returned it..
