I love this stuff. From the first time I opened the cap I knew it was different. It has a sweet, mild, fruity smell, rather like fruit punch but more floral. It's a clear honey color and it feels cool and thick, not sticky, in my hands.This gel is not like anything else I've used. It has a slightly waxy/grippy feel as it goes into your hair, but it doesn't feel tacky. It's closer to gelatin in consistency. You know how most hair products dry to a hard, brittle, or flaky consistency in the cap? This one dries to a non-sticky gum. It gives great texture and body to my extremely slick, thick straight hair, and helps hold my style like nothing else I've tried.Best of all, there is no alcohol or parabens in this gel. It doesn't dry out my scalp or hair, nor trigger my sensitive skin reactions. It's also vegan, for those who keep track of such things.How much do I love it? Enough I'll keep ordering it from California if I can't find it in Kansas.

I use it after I have blow dried my hair to style it and then I use hairspray to hold everything in place. I have fine fly away hair and this product combined with the hairspray do wonders for me. Your hair can be combed into position after you put this on.

This product does a great job of holding my hair without getting crunchy. It's smells great too. It's my absolute favorite hair gel.

Can't be without Concrete.... I used the Soma shampoo and condition and while blow drying hair.. apply the concrete.
