I’d recently bought the George Forman bbq and was a little worried food still wouldn’t taste like bbq and as there is another brand that has a compartment where you add wood chip I though this should still workI put a small handful of the wood chip on the hot plate put lid on it let it get to where it was smoking and before adding food I just put the wood chips to the side of hot plateIt worked amazingly my food tasted beautiful and definitely had the bbq flavour these wood chips come in lots of flavours I bought the oak will be buying the other flavours highly recommend

Excellent quality and good value for money

Good stuff. A little pricy but imparts a good smoky flavour on my gas BBQ. Just be sure to soak them before using.

Just bought a Cobb bbq so wanted to try different smokes. This is a great way to experiment with different flavours. Plenty of wood chipping in each pack.

It’s lovely!If the fire is particularly intense though, I’d recommend letting them get wet first so they don’t burst into flames and no smoke 😅Excellent value imo, lasts a few bbqs if you just want a quick 15 min smoke flavour (just a small handful), smell is fabulous and I just really love them and what they add to to food I cook 😍

Good overall chips a bit big

I am giving these a 3 star out of 5 but this could be user error than the product. I’m not sure but I will be doing some testing and change my review accordingly.So I’ve added a whole bag to my smoker BBQ with the cherry wood and didn’t notice a difference at all with the normal charcoal. I could not taste or smell any cherry to it which was strange. We used different meats and thought it was odd.The size and value for money is just not there. It’s a little expensive and we didn’t notice any flavour change. I will test it again and add it after the coals have become super hot because I’ve been adding at the start which might be the issue? Not sure. The size is small as well and you need to add a lot but the quality feels fine.I’ll come back when I do another Bbq
