Materials not as described.
The description says it is 'nylon and stainless'. The shaft may be stainless, but the fittings are certainly not. The pictures are after having been used a couple of weeks in a humid environment.The mechanism works fine and it may be suitable for a dry environment.

Poor quality
The tabs on the strut that lock into the ball stud are poorly made. Both broke while trying to install. I recommend not buying this set.

Perfect addition
Jus bought this camper and thought pretty odd that manufacturer didn't put these on as a standard option. It's hard to hold the door up while trying to put things in and take things out so I was very happy to find these. Took about 10 min to install and what a great purchase.... Very happy.
