I purchased this set of Wilton round cake pans to try out layered cakes, and I’m thrilled with the quality and results. These pans are lightweight, easy to use, and easy to clean. They facilitate even baking. They work well and result in great cakes.

I drilled 3 holes in it and installed a handle. It's much more cost effective than purchasing a flattop steamer hood.... works GREAT!

Definitely thick enough that you can feel the quality. I got these for making large ice rounds and the bottoms are holding well with minimal- no flexing on the bottom of the pan. though I was able to peel them off easy enough, there is def some residues from the stickers.

Ok these are super cute. They’re Wilton, so the quality is what I’ve come to expect from this brand. The cakes release easily, clean-up is a breeze, and the pans are lightweight yet sturdy. The size is perfect for when you want to make a taller cake with the same amount of batter or when you need just one more little pan when you’ve got too much batter for the traditional 8 or 9 inch pans you've already filled up. I can also see using these for gifting cakes when you KNOW a larger size will be too much but a smaller size (personal size) will be too small. Overall, a great value for a great product!

Really nice to have so many and they work great! I would recommend lowering the baking temp 25 degrees F and cooking the cake longer plus I use a baking ring to help with flat top cakes and even baking. I spray the pans with Pam to help with easy removal plus add a 6” parchment paper to the bottom. Mother had ever stuck and in the video I’ve already used it about 4+ times. Holding up very well and cleans very easily!

This is the best material for a cake pan. Properly greased, the cake always comes out, undamaged, after resting for 5-10 minutes (always use parchment paper!). I like to use cake strips for assurance, but you don't really need them with these. The edges shouldn't be tough so long as you don't overbake your cake. I originally bought this set to bake a wedding cake, but lately they've been great for the batter that's sometimes leftover when making a batch of cupcakes. Many cupcake recipes leave enough leftover batter for a 6" round. So if you're like me, and baking 8-dozen cupcakes in a single day, it's great to have a set of these on hand. Then you've got a whole layer cake you can freeze for later! Love these so much I also got them in 8", 9", and 10", too.
