Just stunning and delicious- a great dessert cookbook. comprehensive, easy to use, and filled with delicious and inspiring recipes.

I had expected more original recipes, especially at the price. True, the pictures are lovely, showing beautifully presented desserts, but with quite a few dessert/patisserie books already in my collection, I really do not need more not-so-different recipes for a crumble, rhubarb tart, puff pastry twists (really...), crêpes suzettes, bread and butter pudding, tiramisu (?!), crème caramel, baked alaska, plum compote......   Really too much of the same old, same old.

A Christmas gift for myself. To me from me. I enjoy baking and the receipes are full of fruit and what is best to cook with all fruit in season. Receipes for light desserts are also in the book.

Arrived damaged, sent it back.
