Systematic Word Study for Grades 4 6: An Easy Weekly Routine for Teaching Hundreds of New Words to Develop Strong Readers, Writers, and Spellers Paperback – August 1, 2011

I use this with student receiving special education services. They are in 5-7 grades and their academic abilities range from 2nd through 6th grade. The hands-on aspects are engaging, even for the student at the lower academic abilities. With my group it has been taking more than the 15 minutes per day, but we are only on the third week. I think once they learn the different activities, it will move quicker. Nice addition to my curriculum and easy to differentiate.
