I stumbled on this balm as I was looking for something to help with my dogs paws, especially in the winter. I try to avoid salted sidewalks but inevitably ice, walking and dry conditions lead to chapping. I had been using a canned petroleum that was OK, but really greasy all over our floors and carpet.
