I must admit I was a bit skeptic but....
It was actually surprisingly easy to do. & even more surprising how well it works, hope it'll stay that way.The more difficult part was assembling the plastic cover of the steering wheel.And IT DOES WORK FOR A 2023 LEXUS GX 460!!

Unfortunately does NOT retract mirrors if you lock by pressing door lock button inside the doors
Unfortunately does NOT retract mirrors upon pressing the door lock buttons on the inside of the doors. I was hoping this device would retract the mirrors whenever I locked the car. But in only works when unlocking using the key FOB. It's more convenient for me to lock the car by pushing a lock button on the door before I get out. This way I don't need to get my key FOB out of my pocket. Forcing me to get the key FOB out each time is less convenient than manually pushing the retract mirror switch and simply does not save me any time. If you use your key FOB to lock the car, it works fine.

I sent two messages and I still have not received a response.When using the remote start and at the end of the running cycle the alarm sounds.This should be included in the notes of the kit.

Easy to install and solves an annoyance!
Installed the product today, the installation was super easy, 10 minutes to complete the entire process. At the end I have a feature Lexus should make standard on a new vehicle...

Alarm goes off
Just returned mine. Like the product at the beginning, easy installation, folds mirror and closes windows after I lock the car, etc. I had it for few days, loved it, but then I found out the alarm goes off on my brand new GX, I use the Lexus App for remote start, alarm goes off as soon as the remote start ends(10min), don’t know what went wrong, but this is the only mod I could think of, so I took this thing out, and tried the remote start again, went back to perfect start. So for the conclusion, if you don’t need a remote start with Lexus App, this is a great update for the GX, otherwise , have to deal with the alarm( or your neighbors at some point)

Works, but… 2 flaws. 2023 GX460
Works very well, with two flaws. The alarm will go off after using remote start either via the key fob or Lexus app. This is after the 10 min run time.The sunroom will open with the roll down the windows feature and it does NOT close with the others.I wish is just folded and unfolded the mirrors. The rest of the stuff is useless.
