I started taking BCAAs as a supplement to my regular recovery drink. For the last 3 months I have been using it with preworkout-midworkout with improved results. The biggest result is less soreness, if I consume enough I can work longer and with more accuracy/concentration. its cost is less than protein drinks, and the results are better.

I have tried other brands BCAA’s, this is going to too the list of my favourites.Taste/Flavour : It tastes good. Imix 1scoop with 750 ml water.Mixing: Its quickly dissolvable. I really liked that. Also, one thing i noted that it doesn’t become too frothy when shaking/mixing it, like few other brands out there.Overall good product at this price

It is very tasty and best BCAA also gives strength during workout, basically litchi flavor is so tasty also help in build muscle, decrease muscle fatigue and alleviate muscle soreness.
