Very Nice Quality Stool.
I really like this little unit. It goes together well and fits me just right adjusted at the very top (I'm 5'11"). It has a great solid base for leaning on. If there is one small drawback it is that the seat is a bit hard even while leaning. I'm going to try a cushion to see if it helps by somewhat boney butt. I would recommend this to others.

buttons stopped working so i can't change the height on the chair
the buttons stopped working a long time ago but if you pressed them really hard i was still able to adjust the height.. that is no longer the case and the chair stopped working all togetherStool also broke into two separate pieces because it’s being held together with a plastic piece not metal. So it broke and is now unusable.cant figure out if this still under warranty.. will update review if it gets fixed

Seat comes off when moving.
Looks stylish but did not last under normal use.

Perching is healthier than sitting on our rears.
It does get you off the butt and more on the feet. The seat is rounded at the middle putting more pressure on the sacrum. I plan on adding pad to the butt bone to even out the pressure. I'm 6'2" and the height is fine with my varidesk topper. Once you assemble it, I do not think there is an easy way to take it apart.
