Durable, Great colors, good value, and intro into Bikepacking
Pros:-Upcycled, durable material-Lightweight-Large capacity with minimal "tail wag"-High-vis color panel in rear for night time adventures-Great valueCons-Can be difficult to attach bag, especially if loaded before attaching-Not 100% waterproof, although there is a water resistant liner material-No outer bungee straps like other models-Sometimes tough to fully maximize all of the spaceI have taken this bag on a few overnights and have had plenty of space. I have previous experience with Green Guru's products and really like that they upcycle the heavy materials and are so creative. I have the Upshift frame bag and it actually matches a few of the panels of the Hauler. It takes a few tries to really maximize the storage space of this bag. As I have gotten more into the sport, I have seen other models with more of a shell and an internal compression sack that seems to work a little better and add additional protection from the weather. This does have a tarp like material liner that would seem to hold up well for where I ride. I would suggest attaching this before loading it up as the straps can be tough to get through the saddle rails depending on the model. This has held up really well on my trips and does not move around much when I get out the saddle, even when full loaded.I would really recommend this to anyone trying to get into bikepacking or use for commuting.

Great people and glad to use upcycled material but had to get a redo locally to make it work
The open end of the bag buckles that should be placed on the ends so the bag can be rolled up were placed incorrectly. One was right but the other would be captured in the rolling process and you couldn't buckle the bag closed. They offered to fix but sent the same bag back unchanged. Very nice people but in the end took the bag to a local canvass shop, explained the problem and in 10 minutes it was fixed. And at NC! GG are great people (very responsive) and I do want to try to make a difference by using their gear but this wasn't a great first experience.

Fits more than you think, spares, full set of work clothes including shoes.
I just converted to no backpack commutes, this bag dies it all! I even got a laptop in one ride home. The bag swings a bit but that's a small price to pay for no back pain.

Made well
This was made well. unfortunately it did not fit well on my bike. Had it fit well, I would have kept it in a heart beat.
