Q: Will this go with the General Easy Rooter?

Nelly, The HECS cutter set is designed for smaller cables such as the 5/16" and 3/8". The cable in your Easy Rooter would be either 5/8" or 3/4". The part number for the 5 piece replacement cutter set is SRCS-R. If you call us at 800-245-6200 we can let you know a place close to you that you can order this part through.

Q: Will these fit the Hydrostar Drain Monster?

They will fit, but your Hydrostar's drum turns the opposite direction of an American made drain cleaner. So you need drain cleaner bits that are made to cut with the direction your drum turns or you need bits that can be used either direction. I have several sets that can be used on your Hydrostar that will work either direction and are considerably better than what Hydrostar comes with.

Q: Do i need to buy female connector for power vee ?

It depends on what cable end you have on the end of your cable. If you have a female slotted cable end on your cables end, then they will fit. Some cables have an integral bulb auger built on the end of the cable. It must have a female slotted cable end for this bit set to work.

Q: do they fit 1/2 inch cable ?

Yes they will fit, but are better designed for 5/16" and 3/8" slotted end cable .
