Q: What is the best way to figure out the right size shade I need? Needs to cover my car (sun protection mostly but also some leaves).

I would measure the exact area you want to cover and then go a little bigger. Also, if you are installing posts or 4x4's in the ground to attach the shade to, make them at least 1 foot further at each corner. The shade does stretch a little after installation and will dip in the middle if not pulled taunt.

Q: is there a warranty on this product

I do not know. It is the 2nd year we have put it up and it's in great shape.

Q: How often would i need to clean leaves and stuff? and how high are these (relative to accessibility)?

Hello, Our Shade Sails are easy to mount and unmount therefore, cleaning it will be easy. It depends if your place frequently has falling leaves. The height of the mounting points depends on the customer.
