Ankle / Foot Compression Sleeve

Follow the directions carefully when ordering. I see many reviews that say they should have gotten the next size. I followed the directions, and mine fit perfectly. Good support and less pain for my tendonitis. I will wear them under my socks for work today, and will update. But so far, they are great. Snug fit, good compression.

I LOVE THESE THINGS! My ankles swell sitting at the desk. These help tremendously! I can slip them on with any shoes and it keeps the swelling down. I also wear them doing chores and they provide great stability. I followed sizing chart and they fit.

Very Bad sprained ankle here, had been wrapped in ace wrap, pending arrival of TechWare soc. As soon as I replaced ace with this TechWare sock, I felt immediate pain relief. This soc provided support in all the right places and I expect it will aid greatly in my recovery. Plus, the beige skin tone color lets it blend in with whatever I’m wearing, I like that. Disclosure: I’ve only been using this sock for one day, thus far, but I’m v impressed. In two weeks I’m going on vacation which will require a good deal of walking- I expect my ankle will have healed some by then, but also plan to keep wearing this sock during vacation to give my poor ankle additional support and care. UPDATE. After wearing this sock for several days, my partner pointed out it was too tight on my ankle, leaving marks when I removed it. I did a little research and learned that altho you want a snug fit, it should NOT impair circulation, and should NOT leave red marks on skin- this indicates mine is too small, and continued use could cause other problems. CIRCULATION IS IMPORTANT! So, I cut small slits on each side of my ankle sock and this seems to help a little. But now I’m disappointed that they don’t fit as they’re supposed to. What’s most troubling is that I carefully measured my ankle, and arch, as directed. Combined w shoe size, I came up with L/XL. Well, these are too tight for me. Because sizing may be off on their size chart, I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars…. If these had fit right, the rating would be 5 stars. So please note, these seem to run small- unless your measures are all on the low side, you may wish to bump up to the next size.

I have been having an issue with one of my ankles being stiff and sore and sometimes swelling towards the end of the day. It's not serious, it's just a minor tendonitis issue, so I figured I'd try these out to see if they felt supportive or could reduce that end of the day swelling. They work great! I ordered the size that the chart recommended and they are perfect. I am a woman's size 9 US shoe and got the L/XL. They are snug enough to work but not be uncomfortable and I had absolutely no issues getting them on my foot. They went on and they come off just like a sock. I wonder if some of the reviews saying that they were too small to get on got a different color and those colors fit differently (I've noticed that in reviews of clothing before) or they have swollen feet to begin with. My feet and even my bad ankle are more slender to normal sized, and for reference I got the beige color. I hand washed and air dried them and they didn't fray or lose compression, so I'm hoping they last a while!

I know it might seem like an exaggeration to call these a miracle, but it was a lifesaver for my half marathon! Just a week away from the race, an old cuboid injury flared up after my final training session. The intermittent pain was awful, even just walking while going about my day. I was afraid I was going to end up missing the race or injuring myself even more. I eased up throughout the week and ordered this brace set to help stabilize my foot. I measured using the three-point system in the listing instructions, and it fit perfectly. I was even able to slide the brace over my compression sock to really keep things in place. By the time the race rolled around, I was pain-free again and was able to finish the half marathon without any issues. If you need extra stability for this type of foot pain, I strongly recommend this brace!

Purchased for my wife who is seeking relief from a heel spur and fallen arches.She works in a pharmacy and is on her feet most of the work day. Has tried compression stockings and several other items of varying price and complexity. Bought the L/XL size as recommended for her ladies size 9 shoe size. Noticed they were extremely tight and took two of us to fit them before she left for work in the morning. Said she took them off a few hours later when both feet started to ache from the extreme compression. She realizes that it may take a few times before the material relaxes a bit so they don't bind as tight. At the price we paid, it wasn't a big investment but at this point the judges are out on whether this product will be helpful in the long term or not *** UPDATE **** Chrissy from TechWare reached out after initial review and offered to let my wife try a larger size "free of charge" . She shipped them out AIR MAIL with free shipping the same day. Totally outstanding service. It's a rare thing to find anywhere in today's market these days. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend trying out their products. What have you got to lose with this kind of service ? The compression sleeves do a fair job at relieving the pain she experiences from a tendon spur. A proper size is key so they don't squeeze so tight that they cut off your circulation.

I have posterior tibial tendinitis for a month and a half… was in a boot when not icing. Boot caused knee and hip pain. 2 weeks ago I ordered 3 styles of compression socks… I returned the other 2 because I fell in love with this one. It’s tight which feels good. It has ribbing to stop swelling on top of foot. Easily slept in them. Foot has felt 100 percent better. Am now doing PT but I got a second pair for flare ups till I work through this. They were the more expensive pair but worth it. Quality is superior and support and pain relief too Highly recommend ( I’m personally not sure if the boot did anything but delay healing). I wear a 9w women’s. I got the L/XL in black. Fits perfect. Yes it’s tight but no swelling in leg and toes were warm. It kept the tendon swelling way down. You won’t be disappointed by the relief you get!

Protects my heel which as a bone spur and bursitis. Aslo, gives great foot support.

Been wearing it for 2 days and the heel is hurting a little less when I walk. Could be the Band-Aid effect feeling like I'm doing something productive so it's helping. It's not too tight it's not too loose just a little loose around the ankle. I could wear it underneath my socks. So far I'm satisfied with the product. ***UPDATE It really does work well for planter fasciitis as long as you keep it on. I feel about zero pain when I'm wearing it just took them off to put them in the wash and I can't wait till they come out.

Pour arthrose de ma cheville qui est enflée en permanence et très sensible. Comme le problème ne se règle pas j'ai acheté beaucoup de produits pour améliorer mes articulations qui sont trop usées, cette petite attele est surprenante je la porte régulièrement et j'ai fais un excellent choix lors de l'achat. Elle ne fait pas de miracle dans mon cas dû à mon l'usure avancée mais me soulage et permet de faire mes activités à l'extérieur tout les jours. J'ai vu le même produit sur un autre site plus de 2 fois le prix actuel que Amazon. Je le recommande vraiment pas déçue.
