The set was terrific! However, I had to order it twice for the first set came with the handle broken off. The replacement came in the worst box I've ever seen. I'm returning the first shipment today, but I'm not sure how it will arrive, for the box is a disaster. Incidentally, this item was for a birthday gift. Fortunately, the replacement arrived in time to catch the correct date.

While this is a good barbecue set (You definitley get your moneys worth with all of the tools included in the set. It has everything that you'd ever need while barbecueing, every piece is well made, great looking, and sturdy, and the aluminum case it's all packaged in is a great touch.), it's also a set that's designed for a LARGE BBQ set-up. I find all of the pieces built to a much bigger scale than is comfortable for me to use on my medium-sized condo deck area. But if you've got that big three burner, plus warming shelves, plus prep area, giant backyard barbecue, this is a great deal for you. The knife is sharp and well balanced, the serrated edge to the spatula comes in handy for checking the doneness of your steaks, and the tongs are long enough that you don't crisp all of the hairs off of your arms just reaching over to flip the food. I would recommend this set for anyone with big BBQ space.

I gave this as a gift and did not open it prior to gifting. Wow, was it ever nice! I can't believe what I paid for it, a real "steal". Very nice set. Was well received.

This product is ok. I wish there had been a full description of everything in side and a pic of what the case looked like up close. Extensive set and am pleased.

Got this grill set about a week ago and have grilled a few times with it now. I like the set. The size of the spatula seems ridiculous when you first open it up, but when you're using it you realize the size is nice to use. Plus, it has a beer opener on the end, I didn't realize that when I ordered it. Nothing in mine arrived broken as some others have reported, and the case seems to be sturdy enough. I gave the product four stars instead of five because in a 21 piece set I would have expected to see something suitable for grilling bratwursts, but the tongs included puncture the skin on sausages which lets all the juices out. I ordered a separate set of tongs for grilling sausages to avoid this.

This was a gift to my grandson for his 21 birthday. It looks sharp; I was happy to give it; and he seemed happy to receive it. I have not got any feedback yet when he put it to use. He is a chef in a breakfast chain, so he loves to cook, and I expect it to work as it is supposed to.

I purchased this as a gift, the "storage box" that the utensils come in is very very cheap and lined with cardboard. It was stored in the compartment under our camper and literally molded & rotted, disintegrating the entire case. While the utensils inside are decent quality, the case itself is Complete JUNK & cannot be used outdoors.
