A DEEPER glass casserole! I bought a second XXX 180oz immediately after receiving the 1st one, because until now I haven't been able to find this deeper size that I've needed. Perfect for tall stuffed peppers & deep dish layers of lasagne because the sides are twice as high as a normal 9x13 dish. I think 2 will hold an authentic Italian family sized lasagne pan recipe. If not, I will buy a third XXX. I can't wait to make one and freeze one or two.The XXX version is about the same size as your favorite P***x glass 9x13 only deeper. Also nearly identical to L**kNL**k Purely Better Glass dimensions & locking no spill lids, except this XXX PandPot sides are twice as high. This casserole is heavy glass, the lid is substantial plastic with a pliable gasket and seems to be good quality.Confirmed dishwasher safe, I put the glass dish in the bottom & lid in the top rack & AIR dried.Bakes as well as any 9x13 glass casserole. I put mine on a foil lined cookie sheet with handles to help me lifting out of the oven when it is hot & full of a meal. When meal is cooled, lock the lid on top & stow leftovers away in the refrigerator. Lid locks tight, the gasket & glass rim must line up or it will not lock easily. Microwave in the same casserole dish without the lid. Microwaving the lid may degrade the plastic or gasket, I don't want to take the chance. Cleans up easily.

I have wanted an extra glass baking dish for years, but haven’t been able to find one that met on my needs. The four sided locking tabs make this a great dish to use to go from oven to refrigerator. It’s a good 4 inches deep and I used to make a deep dish pasta recipe the day I got it. The only thing I would improve would be to have handles on either end for lifting it in and out of the oven. It would have to be mounted below the lock tabs, but I think that’s a design that could be worked with.

These are actually very big. Bought them to do 4 meal preps for whole family for weekdays. They are quite too big for that, but kids are growing so I'll need bigger containers at some point anyway. Keeping them for sure. Did not test if they leak but I will not be putting my food upside-down anyway.

Love this item. I needed a nice big container that would hold pre-cooked Thanksgiving turkey for 8. This did the trick. I love that it's not plastic and that the lid has a locking seal. Heavy, good quality construction, made thanksgiving prep a dream. It's great to have an item that holds this much for roasts, soups from scratch, etc.

I use it to preserve food for the parties.

Love these dishes, I've bought two.They hold quite a lot more than they appear.I love that they are oven safe and so I don't need to transfer food to a different dish for storage in the fridge.Their lids provide a tight seal too, and my fridge looks neat and organized.

The lid is really difficult to close.

I came to the conclusion that the standard sized locking containers that we have were just not big enough for storing foods. So I searched specifically for larger ones. I was not sure what to expect with this one. For the price I was a little skeptical. When it arrived, my husband said, "What are we going to do with those?". Lol, I told him store things in larger quantities. Low and behold, because of a holiday party we were having, we needed one the very same day!!!! The next day, we needed the second one. Then he said, "Im glad you got these for us.". So if you need a large container for storing large quantities of foods (and the bonus is you can also use it in the oven), I would highly recommend. But as others have mentioned, I gave it 4 stars because you do have to work with the lid to get it to seal properly. Its almost as if it needs to be a touch bigger.
