Very Impressed with Its Performance!
Very FAST! I purchased one of these TP-Link wireless adapters to replace a similar Linksys adapter for my PC. I noticed that the Linksys adapter would cut out often whenever the computer would hibernate even though I adjusted the settings to not power down during that situation. Also, the Linksys would many times need resetting to work properly. Ever since I ran the TP-Link, I have never had to reset the adapter and it starts up just fine after waking the computer from hibernation.

Good performance, but can be sporatic at times
This device provides a satisfactory connection speed to your computer for a very reasonable price. My particular product did, however, experienced disconnection issues for approximately 10 seconds primarily after logging onto my desktop running Windows 10. It occurred more often when using the usb dock than when just connecting the device itself. It may just be an anomaly but it isn't too much of an annoyance if you are patient enough to let it run its course.

Highly not recommended.
UPDATE May 21 2020: I stopped using this thing a while ago but didn't remember to uninstall the driver. Well it has some weird memory leaks and despite not being in use and has been causing mysterious problems and crashes in the background. I would rate this negative stars if I could. It's the worst thing to grace my computer for a long time, which is disappointing since I have some other (not WiFi/USB) TP-LINK products that I love. It worked well for a while then started to get spotty. Doing some research suggested setting the wireless mode to 802.11a/n/ac which actually helped, but eventually it stopped working again. Uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers and it works in some USB ports now. I've never had this much trouble with a simple USB dongle, and no other device on my network has any problems. Highly not recommended.

Great Device
It works great. No signal loss. Stream Netflix and YouTube on my computer with it. Do movie download as well.

The device itself works great. Very fast speed in 5Ghz AC mode
Have been using for 9 months. The device itself works great. Very fast speed in 5Ghz AC mode. Had some disconnect issues a month ago, so lost a star. Windows 10 is the main problem. The default driver worked great. Made the device plug and play. After the Fall 17 update, the 5Ghz radio has serious speed problems. I dropped from ~280Mb/s to 3Mb/s on speedtest. Found it to be the plug and play driver no longer works(2.4ghz works fine). Have to download newer driver from TPLink. Every time Windows 10 does a feature update, it defaults back to the plug and play driver and I have to reinstall again. This is a windows issue though, not the devices fault. Update. Knocked off 2 stars. Still having to constantly reinstall/repair driver. No new driver to fix this from manuf so that's on them
