Chick-fill-A ice at home
Other reviewers must’ve received a different product. The one we! received (3/2023) has metal blades. Not plastic “teeth”as some people wrote and it’s not difficult to operate either. My three year old daughter uses it just fine. Our family loves the fact that the ice comes out EXACTLY like Chick-fill-A ice crumbs. These are cost effective too. Go ahead: do a search for ice machines which produce ice crumbs. The cost will go up north of 4 to 5 hundred dollars. See, we already own a regular counter-top ice maker. But you can use ice from the freezer. It will fit. So, we run the ice from that through this thing. Aaaand…..Bingo Bango; “Childs play.”

Could Be Great
This ice crusher makes my favorite texture of crushed ice! And, it's given me a new exercise program trying to make it work. The little feet are simply plastic circles which provide no traction whatsoever, which is a shame. If the unit provided adequate stick to a counter surface, the mechanism would be free to work as designed. I'm on my way to the store to find some small suction cups and glue them one, which will hopefully solve the problem. I can't imagine why they did it that way, and for many it might make this ice crusher not a real contender in the kitchen. If you use small or "soft" ice cubes it will work better, too. For me, it's a keeper.

Okay product
This product is okay, definitely you can tell how cheap it’s made but it crushes ice.

Cold
This crusher will give you a glass of crushed ice "tout de' suit". (That's "quickly" for you non-French speakers) But of course you have to be stronger than Arnold if its large really cold cubes. After 2 glasses of crushed ice, I went back to the tenderizing hammer.I had one of these 40 years ago when I was young and strong, and loved it then, but the ravages of age sapped the strength to use it. HEY YOUNG DUDES !! GET ONE OF THESE AS A TEST OF YOUR MANHOOD !!

ICE CRUSHER
It works but hard to hold for an old man. I need an electric one for the house.
