Works well, very light and easy to use
I started out with moon cups, later found this disc type and found it much more comfortable. I also used to have an IUD, and the mooncup hurt pretty good on removal. This disc is really nice, very thin layer in the middle, but it seems to work. I also own a ziggy cup and the diva menstrual disc and I am not using the ziggy cup anymore as I find the wide band very painful. The diva disc works well for me, too, and it has good protection from auto-dumping. I've just started using this flex disc and it feels better, less painful, so far holds everything in well. I haven't experienced the auto-dumping yet so I'm not sure on that, otherwise it's really nice to see a clear disc, it was super simple to insert and stays in well.

Life saver
Incredible.I tried a cup once and it was a nightmare. It scared me off for a long time. I decided to try the disposable discs after a moment of reconsideration and it was fantastic. It went so well I bought the reusable one and it's my first cycle with it, I'm sold.I have severe cramps, and I have noticed a massive difference with these. I still get them, particularly bad on day one, but when I used tamps I would cramp full time all week. With these, I almost didn't have any. I felt day one, and the rest of the time it was a rare ache here and there. Some days nothing at all.I love that I can sleep with them. I barely leaked overnight on my heaviest day (I normally do with tamps, even the extra supers, and I have to set alarms to change them because even with overnight pads I've had mishaps). I only needed a panty liner for that one night! One thing though, I could auto dump with the disposable option. I also had a few leaks with the disposables, on my heaviest day. With this reusable option, I cannot seem to auto dump. It's said that's because with the size and composition it's a better fit for my body. That's fine, I can deal with that. But it's a little disappointing because I enjoyed the auto dump spring my heaviest days when I didn't want to need longer breaks at work or on the go to handle that. I have decided to use disposables during that time instead so I could utilize that, but the rest of my period the reusable is great. Now about placement. I am in my late 30s, one delivery by c section. I watched multiple videos online and was nervous about getting it right and getting it out. I found it totally easy to get it in and tucked my first try. It was totally comfortable, didn't feel it at all. The disposable ones tend to slip on me while using the restroom and need to be readjusted, but this reusable one doesn't do that. Removing it was a bit of a learning curve. The disposable ones were easier to remove for me, the thinner lining and more pronounced edge made quick work of hooking my finger under it and pulling it out. This one's more flush and rounded and the material made it a little more difficult to do that. I had a mess my first attempt, and I was glad I tried that at home where the sink is nearby and I had plenty of clean up options. The second time, I tried to move more slowly and get the feel for it, but it fell in the toilet. I never had that happen with the disposable ones and it was pretty annoying and gross. I was not at home for that situation, it was a public restroom, so I just had to let that one go. Thankfully I bought multiples, which I HIGHLY suggest for just that situation. But after that I have seemed to have figured it out and no longer having any difficulty with it.

An honest review
I’ve now used the Flex Disc for two cycles and wanted to share my honest experience. I started with the disposable discs since I received two free with my reusable, but personally, I didn’t love them. The black O-ring is thick and uncomfortable during insertion and removal. While they’re super convenient (especially for public bathrooms), the material is much firmer than the reusable version. I only used one and threw away the other. Now the reusable disc? Total game changer. I love it. I’ve used it it in two very different settings: one while camping, and the other during a regular workweek. Camping had its challenges—mainly sanitation and boiling it to clean—but with some planning, it worked out fine. I was able to avoid public stalls, which definitely made things easier. The best part? Working out and sleeping. I train hard six days a week (bootcamp, Pilates, etc.), and this thing holds up. No leaks—even during burpees, pull-ups, and pike ups. At night, I sleep SO much better without worrying about pads shifting or leaking. It’s comfortable and reliable. One thing to note: I can't self-empty when I pee, so it might be a bit large for my anatomy—but that’s a minor issue considering all the benefits. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. I even wore a white skirt on day 2 of my cycle and had zero issues. It’s freeing, clean, and confidence-boosting. Almost forget I'm on my period. Highly recommend!

A million stars. Changed my period and my life 🙏
If I could give this a million stars, I would. The woman who invented this is literally my hero.It absolutely lives up to what it claims to do. It’s super easy to insert (i have had a baby so can’t speak for how easy it is pre-baby, but I truthfully can’t imagine that it would be harder than a tampon—the silicone just slides right up). I have never had such a comfortable, hassle-free period. The self emptying works great for me. I’ve tried both the disposable version and the reusable, and they both work great. I think the reusable is even easier to insert.Post baby, tampons were just super uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay put (not that they were ever super comfortable before). I was going to try a cup, but a friend recommended the cervical disc, and I will never look back. I am not exaggerating when I say this has changed my life. I used to be uncomfortable, unhappy, and frustrated by constantly changing my period products— now, i will honestly will forget I’m even on my period.I literally slip this in and forget about for 12 hours. I honestly hardly ever leave reviews, but I have to share the good news of this product. I wish I’d bought this years ago. You will not regret buying this. Literally change you life today!!Thank you women, for designing a period product truly for women! 😭❤️🙏
